Repair and Technical Services
- The staff at INSTAR's Technical Support Department process initial RMA requests, and can answer any of your RMA questions. INSTAR Support staff are responsible for the repair, replacement and return of any INSTAR product to the customer.
Software Demo Requests
- If you need to extend the demo period of any of our standard software products, you may make a Software Demo Extension Request. We can extend the demo periods for advanced development, testing or certification, so that you can continue to test the software before purchasing.
The charter of the Technical Services Department of INSTAR Corporation is to provide for the technical information needs of our customers located throughout the world.
We fulfill these needs through a variety of support programs:
