Due to the complex nature of integrated systems, it is generally more efficient for end users to make the initial call to their supplier to resolve any technical issues with our products, since the VAR/Integrator is in a much better position to understand the architecture and configuration of the entire system. If the problem or question can not be resolved by the VAR/Integrator, INSTAR customer support should be involved to help meet the end user's needs.
