  • Shipping For Orders

    INSTAR Corporation offers many options for shipping the customer their orders. We offer to ship air or ground on our own accounts, and bill the customer for what we are charged. Also we can ship collect on the customers account, as well as shipping C.O.D.

    INSTAR will attempt to provide whatever solution best serves our customers needs. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our traffic department for any aid that they may offer. Traffic can be reached by calling our main number, (403) 264-7274, or by e-mail at traffic@instar.com.

  • Shipping For Technical Issues

    The freight method for shipment from the customer to INSTAR will be selected and paid for by the customer. Duties and taxes, if any, are also the responsibility of the customer.

    All items sent to INSTAR must be packaged appropriately. INSTAR assumes no responsibility for damages which occur in shipping. Please ship products in original packaging.
