Any optical disk supported by one of the above listed optical drives. 512, 1024, and 2048 sectored disks are supported.Maximum Number Drives per Host:
The standard ODI-SOL package supports 1 optical disk drive. Support for additional drives is available. Maximum no. of drives per host: 99, or the maximum number of available SCSI addresses.Supported File Systems:
ODI-SOL supports either a SunOS/Solaris UNIX file system or an ODIS file system. WORM optical disks can only be used with ODIS. Erasable optical disks can be used with either file system; The user selects which file system when formatting the optical disk.Current ODI-SOL Software Version:
For Solaris 2.x: ODI-SOL Version 5, Release B. For SunOS: ODI-SOL Version 4, Release J.
