Fire… Flood… A Multi-Family Call to InStar

A property company in Atlanta, Georgia contacted InStar after a fire started in the kitchen of a unit which caused the sprinkler system to engage flooding the unit and the clubhouse below.

As soon as InStar arrived, the area was secured and scrutinized. The incident required a wide array of services, starting with water extraction and drying equipment. Both were performed with emergency services in full swing.

After a thorough cleaning and abatement, the team then focused on installing drywall, cabinets, doors, trim and light fixtures. The unit, clubhouse and hallways were painted, restoring the property to pre-loss conditions.

Though this is what InStar was hired to do, we still received a wonderful email from the property manager: “Thank you so much for sending the team out last night.  They were AWESOME!!  ALL of them were the best.  So polite, so accommodating, so customer service oriented.  They got there, got straight to work, and answered questions when we needed info.  It was unbelievable how smooth the entire process went and they are all to be commended.  Thanks so much again.  You guys will always be my first call.”
