Email Services To take advantage of email notification features on our sites, you will receive email updates as described in the service. Users can remove their personal information from the database of a particular site by sending a request by email to support@instar.com and typing "unsubscribe" in the subject line along with any pertinent information in the body.
Order Forms Our sites use forms for you to request information, products and services. We collect financial information to bill you for the products and services you indicate. First, we store no financial information on our site. Although you may have to enter your credit card number, we think the benefits of security are worth it. Instar Corporation E-Store utilizes secure Digital Id's from Verisign for secure email transactions. When we do transmit your data, we use only Secure Servers using current encryption technology to encode your data safely.
The personal data we do store on our system is protected by firewall and password. Our network firewall is a combination of hardware and software designed to keep unauthorized users from accessing our network. The password you select, along with your unique email address, prevents others from accessing your information. We suggest that you do not disclose your password to anyone.
Third parties that have their own privacy policies that may be different than ours provide Third Party Service Providers - some of the services available through our website. You should review the privacy policy of third parties before providing your personal information to them.
Disclosure To provide you the best products and services, we team with business partners. When you indicate that you want to receive a product or service, or contact a person or organization, we share the data needed for you to receive what you have indicated. Occasionally, we hire consultants that may need access to our member database in order to perform their services for us. We take great care to ensure that these business partners agree by contract, not to use any member information that they may receive access to.

| Shipping Policy |
| Instar Corporation products are shipped via FedEx or Purolator in Canada and to the United States. For international destinations, shipping costs will be confirmed upon receipt of order. Other arrangements can be made by giving us a call. Local pickups are also welcome in the Calgary area.
All of our products are very carefully packaged prior to transport to insure a safe trip to all our customers.
Shipping and handling charges vary for each order, for any particular questions on this please give the Traffic Manager a call at the number below.
If you require special shipping and have some questions for us please feel free to give us a call or e-mail us support@instar.com with your shipping instructions. We will provide exact costs/charges and only proceed with the order on your instructions. Air Mail or Courier/Express charges will be billed separately.

Payment & Pricing
Only valid credit cards are acceptable to instar.com and may be used to place an order. All refunds will be credited to the same card. By submitting your order for processing, you authorize Instar to charge your card the amount shown to you before submission of the order. If your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not acceptable, your order will be suspended automatically, we will send you an e-mail and post a message to your attention at your account. If you do not resolve any problems with your card, your order will be cancelled. Instar Corporation reserves the right to change prices and availability of products at any time.
Electronic Communications
Ordering at instar.com EStore is conducted electronically, however, may also be placed over the phone by giving us a call. If you decide to order, you agree to allow us to communicate with you electronically, and over the phone if needed. We may send you e-mail notices and other disclosures about your orders over the Internet. However, since e-mail delivery is not infallible, you also agree to regularly check instar.com E-Store for notices and information relating to your orders such as order status or problems with your credit card. Software Licenses, Orders & Refunds
Instar Corporation software is licensed, not sold. All ownership, title and intellectual property rights, including any associated media and any documentation or printed materials, are owned by Instar Corporation. All items are available in a trial version and all sales are final. For more information on this please contact support@instar.com or our general number at the bottom of this page. Software trial versions are available from our ftp server at the following: ftp.instar.com username: password: please remove the brackets in the username and password when logging in.
Changes to Purchase Policy
Instar Corporation reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. Changes done to this page will happen from time to time so please take note and visit our policy pages at instar.com on a regular basis. Each time you visit our site, you agree to check for changes to company policies. No changes proposed by you or us will be effective unless they appear in these policies. All customers and organizations purchasing product from Instar Corporation agree to all terms and conditions in the policy pages herein.
Return Merchandise Authorization Policy
Instar Corporation reserves the right to change pricing on any product from time to time to stay competitive in the market and reflect sale pricing. Returned merchandise must be currently listed, in original, sealed, factory cartons and purchased within the previous 30 days. (from invoice date). All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee prior to return. Credit will be issued at the purchased price. Instar Corporation is not responsible for any shipping costs acquired during the return of any product from the instar.com E.Store. This includes brokerage fees, and any additional shipping cost incurred during the course of transport to Instar Corporation. Damaged items received from Instar Corporation will be replaced promptly with the same item/items unless otherwise arranged. Instar Corporation will be responsible for all shipping costs during replacement of damaged product/products.
